I purchased a Pornhub Premium account but experienced several issues with m ...more y account. I contacted support and received replacements, which I appreciate. However, I had to request multiple replacements because some of the accounts I received did not work properly. This meant I had to contact support again, wait, receive another replacement, and repeat the process. In the end, it took around three to four days until I finally received a fully working account. It seems that the replacement accounts were sent directly from stock without confirming whether they were functioning first. If the accounts were checked before being sent, I believe the replacement process could be completed within just one day, which would be much more convenient. I kindly suggest improving this process so that future replacements are both faster and more reliable. That said, I am still grateful that replacements were provided, even though it took longer than expected. On a positive note, the support team usually responds within 24 hours, which I truly appreciate, and I understand the administrators must be very busy. Despite these issues, I remain open to repurchasing in the future. less
