Refund Policy

Legal Information

Thank you for trusting Azured for your digital product and service needs. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below. By purchasing from Azured, you agree to these terms.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once a purchase is completed. However, in the rare event that an issue cannot be resolved or we cannot reach a mutual resolution, we issue a refund.

If a product has been used and the warranty time reduced, you'll get a partial refund if we can't fix the issue. Full refunds apply only near the start of the warranty.

Please note that any balance added to the store is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. Make sure you’re certain before adding funds.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Product: If the product cannot be delivered or replaced within the warranty period.

Unresolvable Issue: If an issue with the product cannot be resolved by our support team and we are unable to reach an agreeable solution.

Please note that we are fully committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues they may encounter. We do not condone scams or blocking customers; instead, we strive to assist every customer in resolving their concerns. If a solution cannot be reached, we will provide a refund.
